Oil · Gold · The American Reserve
Generational Wealth,
Under One Asset.
Oil, gold and the hard assets America is built on — held as one strategic reserve, structured on-chain, open to everyone, and paying dividends to holders out of protocol revenue.
Official announcement · 21 October, 6:00 PM PT
From wellhead and vault
to a record you can trust.
Four stages. Each one leaves evidence the next can trust instead of re-verifying from scratch.
Register
Described once — barrels, ounces, grade, location, custodian — and given a permanent identifier.
Verify
Assays, reserve reports, custody receipts and audits attach as signed attestations, not emailed PDFs.
Fund
Qualified participants transact against a record anyone can confirm independently.
Track
Production, withdrawals and holdings append to the same record for the life of the reserve.
Built to be verified,
not to be traded.
The token is a record-keeping primitive: a verified claim about a physical thing — who holds it, where it sits, what it assays at. It isn't built to be traded for its own sake, and any investment function needs the right legal footing in each jurisdiction.

What a shared record removes.
Nine parties re-verifying the same permit
Diligence that expires before it closes
Milestone disputes with no source of truth
Common questions.
$SARP is a token on Solana, and it is how the protocol shares what it earns: a portion of revenue goes back to holders. It is not a claim on any individual barrel, bar or facility and does not track the spot price of any commodity — the value comes from protocol activity, not from custody of the assets.
Participation is gated and depends on jurisdiction — typically verified producers, custodians, refiners, lenders and qualified investors.
The record reflects reality rather than hiding it. A stalled or cancelled project is marked as such, and the append-only history shows exactly when and why it changed — the transparency the current process lacks.
Through an API. It sits alongside the ERP, GIS and project tools each party already runs rather than replacing them — reading and writing the shared facts, leaving everything else in place.
Not yet. The platform is pre-launch; the official announcement is 21 October. Everything shown here illustrates how the system is designed to work.
